RemixTrack (the “Service”) is a digital audio watermarking platform operated by GRUP SEIDAN 3000, S.L. (the “Company”, “we”).

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website available at remixtrack.app and the related online services. Accessing the website grants the user the status of “User” and entails full and unreserved acceptance of every provision included in this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered, and in particular not to:

• Use them for unlawful or illegal purposes, or contrary to good faith and public order.
• Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or illegal nature, or content that incites violence or discrimination based on race, gender, ideology or religion.

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind appearing on the website are the property of the Company or of third parties, and it cannot be understood that the use of or access to the website grants the User any right over them.
